The agri-food industry
The agri-food industry is one of the sectors most affected by the use of process cooling. The associated functions are conservation of organoleptic properties, product quality, maintaining colours, monitoring of fermentation processes (in particular for wine), juice concentration and dehydration of food products.
To produce chilled water for the production and storage of food products, chillers can be supplied with stainless steel components and cowling, equipped with a remote control system that allows the process to be constantly monitored.
