BETWEEN THE SAÔNE AND RHÔNE RIVERS, OUR COLLECTIVE TALENT POOL MET TO LOOK BACK ON THE PAST YEAR AND DEBATE FUTURE PROJECTS, BEFORE SPENDING A FUN-FILLED EVENING TOGETHER.
After a quick reminder of the collaborative project’s fundamental elements, the A2P Industrie team gave a thematic presentation highlighting the organisation and diversity of past and future actions.
A review of the past year confirms that the unified A2P team is working well.
By relying on an extensive network of 25 competent, knowledgeable, expert contributors, whose skills are articulated around more than 20 very specialised areas of expertise (from regulatory monitoring, to human resources, financing, legal advice, pipe fitting or strategic positioning consulting, to name a few), A2P has embarked on a real process of continuous improvement since 2015.
The results are convincing.
The energy and passion of each individual made it possible to efficiently structure A2P’s range of process cooling solutions. But they have also been instrumental in improving service, creating new products, selecting new partnerships with manufacturers, enhancing the structure, developing internal skills, and making communication more accurate.
All of these actions have enabled A2P to open up new prospects for development both in existing and new markets.
All to the satisfaction of our customers: the satisfaction survey conducted in 2016, in the framework of ISO9001, shows that 95% of customers are very or extremely satisfied.

This year, the specialists’ gathering was once again promising and unifying.
2016 was the year of consolidation for the community.
This was mainly expressed by:
- A new logo, new premises, the launch of a new website and the implementation of a promising communication strategy for A2P Industrie.
- A commercial momentum that has enabled A2P to strengthen its position on the export market with quality products, guaranteeing exceptional energy performance numbers.
- A thorough marketing/ quality plan that has led to a strong sales performance of free cooling solutions (chillers, temperature control units, heat transfer skids) to an increasingly widespread clientele.
- An inventive capacity that led to the filing of a new patent for a cooling plant that will provide a strong added value to a growing market segment.
- A+ service, based on complete, meaningful support at all stages of the project and post-installation,
- And a whole line of new projects of all kinds for 2017.
IN RUN-OF-RIVER STRUCTURES, A2P DEVELOPED ITS LONG-TERM VISION IN A SHORT-TERM WORLD.

Incorporate the current into your navigation, and everything happens very quickly. Developing a business is a matter of state of mind, and of vision. To strengthen its position in the process cooling market, A2P does not have a fixed business model and is always exploring all possibilities.
On the basis of this observation, our interactions are likely to foster cooperation, productivity and innovation, these basic values which are so important to the A2P community.
Building on a new, well-orchestrated talent pool, 2016 has been a successful year in industrial development.
